MyStep to Mental Wellbeing offers a range of mental health supports from health information to services delivered both face to face and using telehealth, as well as in-reach services into residential aged care.
A six week, assessment, planning and distress tolerance service for those at mild to moderate risk of suicide and self-harm.
This services is available at Wollongong, Nowra, Queanbeyan, Goulburn, Moruya and Bega as well as several outreach locations to the following populations who have shown to have increased suicide risk:
- Youth (12 - 25 years of age)
- Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Intersex, LGBTI
- Aboriginal Torres Strait Islander, ATSI (time period of 3 months)
- Culturally and Linguistically Diverse CALD

Integrated Recovery Services (IRS) is a medium term clinical service for adults who are experiencing serious or complex mental health issues.
We are the provider of headspace youth mental health services to Wollongong, Bega, Nowra, Goulburn, Tuggeranong, Canberra and Liverpool
A medium term treatment program for children (and their families) who have or are at risk of developing a mental health issue due to an experience of domestic violence or physical abuse.
Referrals are not accepted for children for whom a history of sexual assault is the main presenting issue, families who have current serious safety issues and those for whom final custody orders have not been granted. This service is open to biological and kinship carers but not foster care placements. Individual and group therapies for children, parents and families together are offered.

Back on Track provides short-term intervention for mild to moderate mental health issues for those aged 16 years and over, and who are unable to pay a gap fee.
A variety of evidence-based therapies are offered in group and individual formats.
This service is available at Wollongong, Nowra, Moruya, Bega, Goulburn and Queanbeyan as well as several outreach locations. For consumers who reside in Wollongong there is also Peer Work support available in addition to the clinical service.
