Adam Phillips
Chief Executive Officer
Professional Background:
With over 25 years of dedication to the healthcare sector, Adam Phillips specialises in mental health services, bringing a wealth of experience in leadership roles. As CEO of Grand Pacific Health, Adam oversees the delivery of inclusive and community-focused health services across New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory.
Education:
Adam holds degrees in Finance and Psychology, equipping him with analytical and empathetic expertise to drive meaningful change.
Philosophy and Approach:
Guided by a commitment to inclusivity, Adam is passionate about advancing peer workforces and multidisciplinary care. Drawing from personal experiences, he is dedicated to creating accessible health services for families facing adversity.
Personal Interests:
Adam enjoys swimming and wildlife adventures, strengthening his connection with the community.

Bernie Cox
Chief Financial Officer
Professional Background:
Bernie Cox joined Grand Pacific Health in February 2023, bringing extensive finance experience in both commercial and not-for-profit sectors. Previously, he held leadership roles at breakthru, NSW Rural Fire Service Association, St John Ambulance, and the Catholic Education Office. Bernie’s career began in large US multinationals, where he developed a disciplined, results-oriented approach.
Education:
Bernie holds a Bachelor of Commerce and is a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA).
Philosophy and Approach:
With a strong commercial background, Bernie has dedicated 20 years to achieving exceptional results in the not-for-profit sector. He is committed to improving outcomes for vulnerable communities.
Personal Interests:
Bernie enjoys family time, gardening, property markets, and motor vehicles.

Alison Bradley
Executive General Manager - Adult and Mental Health
Professional Background:
Alison’s career spans mental health clinical and leadership roles, including positions in service commissioning and development. Since 2021, she has led adult health services at Grand Pacific Health. Her achievements include leadership at COORDINARE and contributions to mental health reforms across NSW.
Education:
Alison holds a Master of Mental Health, a Master of Health Science, and diplomas in management and project leadership.
Philosophy and Approach:
Alison is committed to creating inclusive healthcare solutions that optimise well-being. She values innovative thinking and supports future leaders through mentorship.
Personal Interests:
Alison enjoys time with her family by the water and cherishes her six grandchildren.

Jenny Valdivia
Executive General Manager – Youth & Primary Health
Professional Background:
With nearly 25 years of experience in healthcare, Jenny Valdivia has focused on mental health service delivery within government and not-for-profit sectors. Her career spans clinical and management roles across acute inpatient, rehabilitation, and community services.
Education:
Jenny holds an undergraduate degree in Occupational Therapy and a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (Leadership).
Philosophy and Approach:
Jenny believes that everyone deserves access to quality healthcare. Her commitment to achieving the best outcomes for consumers and their families remains at the forefront of every role she undertakes.
Personal Interests:
Jenny is a mum to three teenagers and three rescue dogs. She enjoys camping, walking, reading, and spending time with family and friends. Her husband supports her passion for rescuing more animals.

Kellie Kembrey
Executive General Manager – Older Persons and Strategic Growth
Professional Background:
Kellie has 24 years of not-for-profit experience, including 14 in leadership. Her roles span aged care, health promotion, and strategic growth at GPH. Kellie has been instrumental in registrar training, quality management, and business development.
Education:
Kellie holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Health Education and is completing postgraduate business management studies. She is also an Australian Institute of Company Directors graduate.
Philosophy and Approach:
Kellie is passionate about improving health access and outcomes for those in need. Her approach prioritises collaboration and innovative care solutions.
Personal Interests:
Kellie enjoys family time, hockey, and nurturing her love of plants from Bunnings.

Diana Donovan
Executive Manager – People and Culture
Professional Background:
Diana brings over 25 years of expertise in human resources management and leadership across sectors including local government, health insurance, superannuation, banking (both local and international), and community housing. Since joining Grand Pacific Health in 2019, she has focused on fostering an inclusive, people-focused workplace that supports staff in their mission to help others.
Education:
Diana holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Industrial Relations and Economics), a Master of Commerce (Human Resource Management) from the University of Wollongong and a Graduate Certificate of Management from the University of New England.
Philosophy and Approach:
Diana is passionate about creating supportive environments where employees can thrive. She is committed to championing inclusivity and ensuring the workforce feels valued and empowered.
