GPH is committed to providing high-quality primary health services to support NSW and the ACT communities.

We would love to hear any feedback regarding your engagement with our programs, whether it’s where we are doing something well, what you think we should do more of or what we should improve.

GPH does not offer crisis support. If you need to speak with someone urgently, get in touch with Lifeline at 131114 or the Kids Helpline at 1800551800. If you would like to contact your GPH worker, please call your nearest GPH hub.
