Whether you enjoy the comfort of face-to-face sessions at our Illawarra and Shoalhaven locations, or you prefer the convenience of online sessions through telehealth, we’re here for you. We prioritise flexibility and accessibility to ensure you have options that suit your preferences. Booking your first session is easy, and may not even require a referral from your GP. At our centre, we are committed to making mental health care accessible and affordable for all. With a referral from your GP, you can take advantage of our subsidized fees, ensuring that high-quality care is always within reach.
Our initial consultation fee is $155, but immediate Medicare rebates may apply, potentially reducing your out-of-pocket cost to $70. For those eligible, including holders of a Pensioner Concession Card, NSW Seniors Card, War Widowers Card, or similar documentation, we offer a concession rate with a $50 gap fee.

Through the online booking system or you can give us a call.
To obtain a mental health treatment plan (MHTP) and referral, book an appointment with your GP. Discuss your concerns openly and undergo a comprehensive assessment. If deemed necessary, your GP will create a personalised treatment plan outlining goals, treatment options, and available support services, including Mental Health Direct.
The plan allows you to access Medicare rebates for up to 10 individual and 10 group sessions with a mental health professional per calendar year.
Your 50-minute therapy session with our care team provides you with a confidential and supportive environment to discuss your concerns, explore emotions, gain insights, and work towards personal growth and well-being through therapeutic techniques and strategies.
If you need to cancel your session, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee of $25. We appreciate your timely communication.
