If you, or someone you know is in danger and needs immediate help, call Triple Zero (000). Seek emergency care for severe physical symptoms which require immediate attentions such as:
- Persistent or severe chest pain
- Breathing difficulties
- Severe bleeding
- Loss of consciousness
In the event of an emergency, call 000 for an ambulance.

For mental health support and advice call the Mental Health Line on 1800 011 511. Help is available from the Mental Health Line 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
