Grand Pacific Health introduces a new approach to helping people manage their persistent pain. We have a range of education and therapy options available, including:
Pain Explained online group pain management program. This is a 6-week pain education program consisting of weekly 90-minute sessions run by Dr Adele Stewart. There are 3 rounds of the program over the financial year – dates can be seen by clicking on the photo of Dr Adele down below.
Individual online consultations with members of our multidisciplinary team:

Who is the Chronic Pain Program for?
Eligible
18 years and older
Living in the SENSW region
Experiencing pain for more than three months (even after being told by their specialist or GP that their injury has healed
Not Eligible
Under the age of 18
Receiving active treatment for cancer, infection or fractures
On workers compensation, third party, and motor accident injury claims
Prescribed or using high dose opioids (>60mg morphine equivalent per day)
Our education program and clinician appointments are held online. Internet access in a private space is therefore required by participants of Chronic Pain Program.

The Chronic Pain Program cannot provide any support letters to Centrelink or NDIS, and our clinicians are unable to support Disability Support Pensions (DSP) applications.
