headspace Edmondson Park is now delivering support to young people aged from 12 to 25 from their brand-new location at Shop AG02 Edmondson Square, 52 Soldiers Parade, Edmondson Park.
The service strives to provide an integrated approach to wellness, offering support for a young person’s mental health, physical and sexual health, work and study goals, and with alcohol and other drugs right from the one building.
headspace Edmondson Park is the eleventh headspace centre delivered by Grand Pacific Health. Executive Manager Jenny Valdivia emphasized the commitment the organisation has to encouraging the development of young people across the area.
“Grand Pacific Health are leaders in delivering headspace centres because we recognise the impact and importance of early intervention youth services,” she said.
“The opening of headspace Edmondson Park marks a crucial step in bridging gaps in youth services across South Western Sydney. We are proud to offer a welcoming and supportive environment, helping our young community thrive.”
The centre aims to make getting help simple. Young people can make themselves an appointment by calling (02) 4604 3060 or dropping into the centre to chat with the helpful team at the front desk without any referral needed from the doctor.
The service is funded by South Western Sydney Primary Health Network (SWSPHN) and proudly delivered by Grand Pacific Health.
