Mental Health Support in Residential Aged Care Facilities

What is What is Mental Health Support in Residential Aged Care Facilities?
Mental health support in Residential Aged Care Facilities brings care to you, right where you live. We offer practical, supportive therapy for residents who may be feeling low, worried, or going through a tough time, working closely with care staff to support overall wellbeing.

Who is this service for?
Our program provides support to people living in Residential Aged Care Facilities who are experiencing, or at risk of, mild to moderate mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety, grief, loss, or difficulties adjusting to adjustment difficulties.

The program is delivered in targeted facilities across Hornsby, Northern Beaches and Ryde.

How does Mental Health Support work?
We come to you, providing support right in the aged care facility, so there’s no need to travel. If needed, we can also connect by phone or telehealth.
We take the time to get to know each person and work together to create a care plan that feels right, involving family, carers, GPs and staff where helpful.
Support is flexible and tailored to what each person needs.
