We want to share some exciting news!
Grand Pacific Health, Directions Health, Katungul Aboriginal Corporation and The Family Place are partnering together to deliver the Moruya Head to Health Service from January 2024.
Head to Health Centres provide a welcoming entry point for adults (and their support people) experiencing distress, crisis, or mental health challenges to access a range of support services.
We are seeking input from people who have a lived experience with stress and adversity (and those who support them), local services and community members on the new Moruya Head to Health Service
To do this we are holding an in-person focus group and we invite you to join us:
Wednesday, 22 November 2023
Moruya Golf Club, Evans St, Moruya.
9:30am to 12:30pm.
We are seeking input from people who have a lived experience with stress and adversity (and those who support them), local services and community members on the new Moruya Head to Health Service
If you would like to attend, please book your ticket on Eventbrite (scan to register below) by Tuesday 14th November to secure your place.
We will be providing lunch for all of those that are attending, so please make note of any dietary requirements you may have when you register. Additionally, please let us know if there is anything we can do to assist that will make you feel comfortable and supported to participate on the day.
