ARE YOU FROM A REFUGEE BACKGROUND NEEDING SUPPORT?
The Community Living Support for Refugees program is delivered by Grand Pacific Health and supports people from refugee backgrounds with on-going mental health challenges. The program focuses on working together to stabilise health symptoms, develop skills and connect with other services/supports in order to improve wellbeing.


HOW CLSR WORKS FOR YOU
This service is tailored for individual needs with a focus on:

Supporting your wellbeing and you to family and community

Collaboration with clinicians and health staff 

Setting goals for the future

Empowering individuals to live more independently

ELIGIBILITY

Refugee or Asylum Seeker Have distress due to an experience of trauma, grief and loss. 
Arrived within the last 10 years (with some exceptions) Must be in stable accommodation
≥ 16 years old  Must be willing to engage in the program
