Suzanne Greenwood

Suzanne is a highly experienced board director, chairperson and CEO. With Masters level qualifications in Law (UQ) and Business (QUT), Suzanne is a fierce advocate for improved health and wellness outcomes for all Australians. Her CEO experience includes having been Executive Director for The Pharmacy Guild of Australia and National CEO of Catholic Health Australia. A lawyer by profession, Suzanne draws on her past experience as Corporate Counsel with St Vincent’s Health Australia in Queensland and in working within the Legal and Administrative Law Unit of Queensland Health. She was named Australia’s Healthcare, Pharmaceutical and Biotech Lawyer of the Year in 2017 and has a special interest in health innovation having been a member of several Human Research Ethics Committees and government clinical trials working groups.

Suzanne serves as a Councillor for the ACT Chapter of the Australian College of Health Service Managers and is a Fellow of both the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Australian Institute of Managers and Leaders.

She joined the Board on 1 January 2025 and is also a member of the Finance Audit & Risk Committee.
