MyRecovery

What is MyRecovery?
MyRecovery supports you if you have ongoing mental health conditions. We aim to work together in the community to build your strengths and enhance your wellbeing. If you would like, we can work together to help you develop skills and connect with other services and supports.

Who is MyRecovery for?
If you have complex needs due to your mental health condition, MyRecovery can help you if you are 12 years or older and living in South-Eastern NSW. You need a regular GP, but we can help you find one if you do not have one.

If you receive a NDIS Funding package, MyRecovery may not be able to support you.

How does MyRecovery work?
MyRecovery provides access to mental health clinicians, mental health nurses and peer workers to help you on your recovery journey. Together, we focus on what matters to you and support your mental and physical health needs.

What will we do?

Together, the MyRecovery team will work with you to create a recovery plan that focuses on building your strengths and enhancing the areas of your life that matter most to you. This may include support with your mental health, physical health, daily living, and connection to other services and supports.  We also provide opportunities to build social and meaningful connections.

With your consent, we can also involve and support your family, carers, or other important people in your life, recognising the role they may play in your recovery.

The MyRecovery team will work alongside you for 9 to 12 months.

Where is MyRecovery offered?
MyRecovery is delivered across South Eastern NSW, including Wollongong, Shellharbour, Shoalhaven, Goulburn, Queanbeyan, Eurobodalla, and Bega Valley, with outreach and telehealth options available.

MyRecovery is a free service.
