Dietitian and Exercise Physiologist

I’m Alycia, a dietitian and exercise physiologist and I’ve worked in the Shoalhaven for more than 15 years. Over the last several years I developed a deep interest in understanding chronic pain and have focused my learnings in this area, and for the last few years I’ve had the privilege of delivering programs for people living with chronic pain (and often a number of other health conditions too!). I recognise each person’s experience has been unique and so my approach is always to listen first and understand what matters most to you. I’m passionate about helping people make sense of the science around nutrition and movement, and then working together to turn that into practical, achievable steps. Seeing people gain confidence, manage their pain more effectively, and improve their quality of life and health is one of the most rewarding parts of my work
