Yesterday afternoon our Alcohol and Other Drugs Hub in Queanbeyan celebrated its first year of service. As a birthday present to ourselves, we unveiled several commissioned art pieces from the wonderful Uncle Mick, who came in to share his journey and discuss the art’s symbolism and meaning.

With consumers and local service partners, we reflected on the impact and connections made in the community before digging into a delicious afternoon tea. The star of which was the amazing cake and cupcakes covered in edible images of Uncle Mick’s artwork!

We’re proud to see the work done by our incredible team recognised, and are excited to see how they continue into the future.
