It is that time of year when we conduct our annual client and carer satisfaction surveys. With these surveys we aim to collect feedback on the overall service experience of our clients, their families, friends and other support persons. This survey forms part of our clinical governance reporting schedule and is a quality assurance measure across our organisation. This feedback will allow us to evidence what we do well and identify areas for improvement.
Surveys are available to clients and carers at each hub via both hard and soft copies. Some clients will also be sent the survey via SMS. You can also access the survey at the links below:
The surveys are open from Monday 25th January – Friday 26th February, 2021
