Emotional Expression through Art
As art communicates emotion, it encourages the viewer to realise that everyone has their own unique life and experiences to draw from. Understanding and transferring emotions from the mind through to artwork can be a fascinating and rewarding experience. Expression of emotions through talk and art therapies can help us to make sense of our surroundings and make life more enjoyable. You don’t have to be an artist, but just be willing to try new things.
