Building Balance and Boundaries

Learn to understand and respond to emotions in a supportive group environment. We use skills based on Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) to help you manage emotions and improve your overall well-being, so you have the tools to build the life you want.

This group is not for those who are in immediate crisis.

The skills group is held over six weeks and includes the four modules of DBT:

  1. Mindfulness
  2. Distress Tolerance
  3. Interpersonal Effectiveness (relationships/setting boundaries)
  4. Emotion Regulation

The skills provided are practical and aim to be able to be implemented anywhere at any time.
