At GPH we take your privacy and your rights and responsibilities seriously and we value and welcome your feedback. When you engage with any of our services you will be provided with information outlining your rights and responsibilities which includes how to provide feedback to us.
We also value feedback from your support networks who participate in the work we do together such as family, carers or close friends. Where appropriate your supports will be provided with information outlining their rights and responsibilities.
