  • The Go4Fun program is a free healthy lifestyle and exercise program for kids 7-13 years old. Programs are available in Bega, Batemans Bay, Queanbeyan and Goulburn.
  • Go For 2 and 5 provides healthy eating information on what constitutes a serving, healthy eating ideas and recipes. Free publications, factsheets and recipe cards can be ordered or downloaded.
  • Healthy Kids (eat well, get active) provides targeted information for ‘kids and teens’, ‘parents and carers’, and ‘teachers and children’. Free factsheets (5 ways to a healthier lifestyle, Get active each day, Choose water as a drink, Eat more fruit and vegies, Eat fewer snacks, and Turn off the TV or computer and get active) can be ordered online or downloaded. Factsheets are also available for schools, sporting clubs and community organisations.
  • Reach Out provides information on staying fit and healthy by eating well, exercise, habits and sleeping well.
  • NSW Health provides resources for teenagers on having a balanced diet, reducing sugar intake and good oral health.
