Reception can be contacted by telephone during operating hours. GPHC @ UOW endeavours to respond to patient enquiries on the same business day.

Patients can obtain advice or information related to their care or appointment reminders by electronic means, where the doctor determines that a face-to-face consultation is unnecessary. Electronic communication includes email, fax, and SMS.

Electronic communication will only occur if prior consent has been obtained from patients, due to the possibility of information becoming compromised, and encryption will be used where possible. GPHC @ UOW aim to respond to emails within three business days

 Grand Pacific Health (GPH), a not-for profit primary health care organisation and the University of Wollongong (UOW) have entered into a partnership to provide affordable health / medical services on the Wollongong campus. 

All students will be bulk billed and a low gap model will be used for UOW staff, alumni and local residents in the areas around campus.
