Who is the service for?

Adults who identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander and are diagnosed with a mild to moderate mental health disorder and have difficulty accessing mental health treatment in the primary care sector.

What services are offered?

Individual counselling, 6-12 sessions per calendar year.

Who can refer?

GPs (doctors) or non-medical practitioners.
