I work within the frameworks of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. My experience also allows me to incorporate techniques of Schema Therapy, Mindfulness and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy.
Holding a non-judgmental space, I assist individual adult and adolescent cliets explore barriers to wellbeing. Using a flexible approach allows for the mindful development of strategies and skills with respect for community diversity.
