I am a registered psychologist and have worked as a mental health clinician at Headspace Canberra for over two years. Alongside this I also work in wellbeing and mental health in sport.
I am warm and empathic, and value a strong therapeutic rapport, working together with my clients to set goals and support their wellbeing journey. I am pragmatic and design holistic interventions with my clients drawing from several evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment therapy, Schema-Focused Therapy and somatic practices.
