Membership details

Membership with Grand Pacific Health will enable you to be part of an organisation that will be at the forefront of addressing local primary health care needs and service gaps. You will be helping to ensure that services are better tailored to meet the needs of local communities. 

Grand Pacific Health is a company limited by guarantee. There are no shareholders, only members. Governance is by a board of directors.



What membership offers

Under the Grand Pacific Health Constitution members are entitled to:

  • attend and vote at general meetings
  • receive annual audited company financial accounts
  • vote on any fundamental changes to the nature of the company, its name or its purposes, or what happens if it winds up.

The Constitution sets out what the company can do and why it exists, and deals with the holding of meetings, the admission of members,  and other rules relating to the running of the company. 


How to become a member

To become a member and access the benefits of Grand Pacific Health complete and sign the application form.

Following the submission of your application the Company Secretary will then recommend the applicant to the Board who will then approve or reject membership. Applicants will be advised of the outcome by the Company Secretary.
