Have your say. Become a member.

We’re always looking to improve the health and wellbeing services we provide across NSW and the ACT. As a member, you can help us do just that, directly influencing the decisions and direction we take as an organisation.

What is membership?

As a not-for-profit company, we don’t have shareholders. Instead, we have a board of directors and members who help define our strategic direction.

It’s another safeguard that ensures we are always focused on our purpose, our person-centred governance principles and the local people and communities we serve.

What membership offers.

Under the Grand Pacific Health Constitution, which sets out what our company can do and why it exists, members are entitled to:

  • attend and vote at general meetings
  • review our annual audited company financial accounts
  • vote on any fundamental changes to the nature of Grand Pacific Health, its name and purposes, including what happens if the company is wound up.

How to become a member.

Complete, sign and submit our application form, which will then be reviewed and either approved or rejected by the Board. You’ll be advised of the outcome by the Company Secretary.
