How to refer to our programs

Our community-based health promotion programs are available across the Southern NSW region. Following is a list of programs that are running in the regions of Illawarra, Shoalhaven, Goulburn/Mulwaree, Yass Valley, Queanbeyan/Palerang, Snowy Monaro, Eurobodalla and Bega Valley >

All of our programs are free and a doctor’s referral is not required.

Pedometer Loan Scheme
