98% of clients say they were satisfied with the service they received at Grand Pacific Health according to a new survey.
Grand Pacific Health launched two organisation wide satisfaction surveys in March this year to gain feedback from both Clients as well as Carers who access GPH services or support someone who does.
The ‘Client Satisfaction’ survey and ‘Carer Satisfaction’ survey were made available online and at each GPH site including the Shell Cove and Nowra Clinics, the three headspace centres and the Wollongong, Bega, Cooma, Moruya, Queanbeyan and Goulburn offices.
GPH Business Manager Kellie Kembrey says the surveys are an integral part of the organisation’s clinical governance and quality framework:
“The survey is specifically designed to be a quality assurance measure.”
“The feedback provides evidence as to what we do well and identifies any areas for improvement to guide future service delivery.”
“The 2017 survey has highlighted some outstanding results with 98% of clients saying they would recommend our service and 96% of carers,” added Kellie.
100% of carers who responded to the survey stated that they believe clients rights are respected by GPH and 94% of clients agree they feel involved in planning.
