About us

Grand Pacific Health aims to improve health outcomes for the South Eastern NSW community by addressing gaps in primary health care services.

Our priority is to meet local health needs, focusing on providing high-quality primary care services that include chronic disease management and care, mental health, and Aboriginal health care.

We provide a wide range of services across a large geographical area, from Helensburgh in the north to the Victorian border. This expansive footprint allows us to take advantage of our size whilst providing locally-tailored services.

Building on our aim to improve primary health outcomes for the region, we have established strong partnerships and collaborate with a number of key stakeholders including the Local Health District's, University of Wollongong, specialist providers and community service organisations.
